This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments made for services provided by AB concierge, operated by The Illustrious Company Limited.
AB concierge offers 8 premium concierge services:
All payments are made manually on a monthly basis. Services do not renew automatically. Clients must initiate payment each month to maintain active access to the concierge services (experiences).

We do not store credit card details, and all transactions are encrypted for your security.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. An AB concierge team member will then contact you via Telegram to initiate your personalized service.
If payment is not made for a given month, your concierge access will be paused until the payment is completed. AB concierge does not provide services unless the service has been purchased.
