AB Concierge provides personalised, on-demand lifestyle management and luxury concierge services. Our services are delivered primarily through direct communication with a dedicated concierge team via Telegram and other approved communication channels.

AB Concierge operates on a prepaid membership and access-based model. The following service tiers are available:
All fees are payable in advance. Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard. Prices may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
Memberships do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated. It is the client’s responsibility to manually renew their service to maintain uninterrupted access.
To use AB Concierge services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
By registering or purchasing access, you represent and warrant that all information provided, including your name, email address, and Telegram username, is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
AB Concierge is a UK-based service and is fully available within the United Kingdom. In addition, we provide services in many international locations, subject to local laws, regulations, and service availability.

You agree to use AB Concierge services in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner. Requests that involve or relate to illegal activities, fraud, exploitation, harassment, or unethical conduct will be refused without notice.
AB Concierge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any client at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of services or breach of these Terms.
Many concierge services are fulfilled through independent third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation operators, event organisers, and retailers.
AB Concierge acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, availability, pricing, quality, or performance of any third-party provider. Any disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
Due to the personalised, time-sensitive, and resource-intensive nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed, unless required by applicable law.
Additional cancellation terms may apply to specific bookings made through third-party providers. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting such terms prior to confirmation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB Concierge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including reliance on third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, text, and materials displayed on the AB Concierge website or provided through our services are the intellectual property of AB Concierge or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
AB Concierge reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
